All of us are very impressed with the Island and home. We are about 30 minutes from Beaufort and there is not much between here and there. I did find St Peters church has a mission about 20 minutes away.

The gas price is pretty low, $1.55 a gallon. Food prices are about the same, more if you have to pay $1.34 for each dollar.

We are off again

A week ago Trish Kelly and I headed out for Fripp Island. We went by way of Annapolis MD, Virginia Beach, Myrtle beach and Charleston. We came this way in part to get ahead of any possible storms.If it had been stormy when we left we would not have gone.

I will give you a few pictures of our trip down then the next post will show you Fripp.
